Since 1947
Gebu Draadwarenfabriek B.V., manufacturer of fasteners for construction, do-it-yourself and industry, was founded in 1947 by Mr. H.G. Geist (M.Sc.).
Gebu has developed into a leading manufacturer/stock-holder of a wide range of iron mongery and is an important supplier of special products for a great diversity of markets. In the last few years Gebu has specifically applied itself to manufacturing hanger bolts and U-bolts, in order to become the largest manufacturer of these articles
in Europe.
In 1999, Gebu moved to a new building in which production and warehouse were brought together. The result of this unification is, that the quality and efficiency of the company has further improved.

Product range
Gebu's product range is much wider than just the standard stock of iron mongery that find it's way to the enduser through wholesalers and trade. Apart from these standard products, Gebu manufactures a wide range of special products as well, such as products
for the industry, construction of stables, automotive, facade construction, shipbuilding and machine building.
Gebu manufactures a number of highgrade products for a great diversity of industries and to the full satisfaction of buyers that have remained loyal customers for many years.

Gebu: efficient in-house production
Gebu, as manufacturer of special products, has arranged it's factory in a way that manufacturing of both small and large series of special products does not hinder the total productivity. As a consequence, product prices can be kept low. All machines of Gebu carry out different parts of the production process.
Special tooling required for our customers' individual parts are produced in house, from our own tool room providing quality control and reduced lead times. In addition we are always willing to cooperate with the customer in developing a new product.
