Since 1947
Gebu Draadwarenfabriek B.V., manufacturer of fasteners for construction, do-it-yourself and industry, was founded in 1947 by Mr. H.G. Geist (M.Sc.).
Gebu has developed into a leading manufacturer/stock-holder of a wide range of iron mongery and is an important supplier of special products for a great diversity of markets.
In the last few years Gebu has specifically applied itself to manufacturing hanger bolts and U-bolts, in order to become the largest manufacturer of these articles in Europe.

1999
In 1999, Gebu moved to a new building in which production and warehouse were brought together. The result of this unification is, that the quality and efficiency of the company has further improved.
